Jets Sign Ramsey?

    My dad just told me the Jets signed Ramsey, I didn't believe him cause I thought Denver did but he showed me on fox that its one of our transactions today....any info?

    I'd be 99% sure that's a typo. They probably got confused because the Jets were his last team.

    i doubt we cut ramsey with the intention to re-signing him, gotta be a typo

    The Broncos have found their backup quarterback.

    The team agreed to terms with Patrick Ramsey on Wednesday, according to a source close to the situation.

    The deal is for two years.

    Ramsey was recently cut by the New York Jets. Ramsey, 28, was a first-round draft pick by the Washington Redskins in 2002. He spent one season with the Jets.

    Ramsey will back up Jay Cutler. Denver has been looking for a veteran backup for the past three offseasons.
