NFL.com has a nice list of UFAs and RFAs for every team. We should look at some of these guys, IMO. I'd be happy with anyone this list. Just something to do as we wait to find out who do acquire
Since I can't create a thread, I'll put this under here: Leonard Davis: The offensive lineman, contacted by several teams at the start of free agency, reportedly has a new dark-horse suitor in the mix: the Jets. -- John Murphy I can't post a link either, but its from Yahoo sports.
you know the Jets, we're gonna pick from the bottom of the barrel, and hope we can win with those players
Well we went from 4 wins to 10 with players like that last year, plenty of time to pick up some decent players.
or maybe it was because Pennington came back, and we had Rhodes, Thomas, and Cotch come out of nowhere to become great players!! half of those signings from last year are already dead money on the cap!! You guys are killing me with that argument-- it's pretty obvious that Matt Chatham wasn't the reason we had 10 wins.
But a month ago, half of the players I would have listed would have gotten resigned. Now these are the players who will DEFINATELY be available to the Jets. I had no idea some of these guys were free agents... Just thought I'd share.
DT franklin will probably go to san fran. we could sign DT marcus bell from the lions, he started at DT last season and is pretty big (6'2, 325lbs)
Kenyon Coleman stands out the most to me...I like his ability, he has played in the 3-4, relatively young, and has potential... Add Ed Hartwell to another guy i'd look into...
Seriously you need a valium, this is good information and thanks PA for posting it I like a few of the guys on that list and I think they could make an impact if given the oppurtunity
