i heard a rumor that chad is on the cover of madden next year, it is probably bs, but i figured i would ask,
i was wearing my jets jacket, and the rx told me he saw it someplace, but it would be the ultimate jynx, his arm would probably fly off
There is also a pattern of a player on the Superbowl losing team being on the cover of Madden. It has happened thrice I think...Marshall Faulk on 03, McNabb on 06, and Alexander on 07. So this year it could be Urlacher.
Suprisingly there are other rumors about Pennington on the cover if you search on Google.. however, they are all just rumors.
Maybe the fact thats Chad's injury prone plus the Madden curse will both cancel out and Chad will play all 16 games next year........ >_>

i have a feeling EA is slipping into mediocrity so the new feature will be, wait till next year for a better game. so chad is on the cover
It's going to be a defensive player as I bet they make a modification to the defensive side of the ball. They feature players now, based on what they're improving. Lewis - Hit stick McNabb - QB Cone Alexander - Highlight stick It's more than likely time for some defensive modifications.
They put Zabransky on the NCAA cover. You know why? The lesser known guy that rose above what people expected...maybe they're implementing a "heart" attribute this year to really differentiate players more than just their physical abilities...if anyone would fit on the cover with something like that, it'd be the Comeback Player of the Year, which was Chad.
