well what we can conclude from this, is that no one has heard of this guy, so he's not good, he was probably backing up bruschi for a reason
and this signing would actually suck, wastning cap room, and our special teams is fine, how many punt returns and/or kcik returns went back for TDs last season.i dont recall any. this guy is a bum and we shouldnt waste our money
Well it's a good thing he's being brought in as depth, then. I know some of the people on this board want all superstars, but that's not how you win. And looking at some of the people who are posting on this board, recently, I wouldn't judge a player based on whether or not a poster on this board knows of them.
People are forgetting that Without sowell we need someone who can step up on ST and make some tough hits. Our kick coverage wasnt all that great last year, he at least upgrade us in that aspect.
i don't see what's so great about bringing in guys who know the Pats'/Mangini's system. If we're replicating that with the same/similar players, how can we expect to beat them, as they'll know our every move? It seems, in following this blueprint, we'll be predictable to not only New England, but also teams that have "deciphered" New England. cheers
It helps them interpret what they're trying to do as a 3-4 defense. And it's not the defense that was figured out.
heh, this post wants to make the NFL into an incredibly simple game, which it is far from the whole "belicheck/parcells" thing is just the Walsh thing all over again, they go in spurts take worries or massive hope with a grain of salt, no one ever knows what exactly will end up happening
heh, i know i know. i realize we won't be indentical twins with the Pats; but i just want us to have a philosophy and style of our own, rather than reading from a New England instruction manual. cheers
looks like my friends are right when they say my sarcasm goes way to deep and is far too mentally challenging for most.
Not really a major signing. He seems like a guy to add depth. Mangini must see something in him from his days in New England so this seems like a solid move.
