The work produces the fun. In the end, its the best way to get away from it all, relax and clear your mind from the everyday bullshit.
Finally found the blank I'll be using for my Canyon Stick.. Phenix Axis – Blanks - HAX-720X2H-B / 7’2” / 40-100 lb. / 1 / Fast / 11 / 0.93 / 12.2oz. This new fish slayer will be acid wrapped, EVA grips, Swivel tipped with 8-10 guides. Should be able to handle 2-4lb weights which is what we usually use in the 3 (Hudson, Baltimore and Wilmington) canyons depending on the current. If God forbid I have to go with 5lbs, this stick will handle it without much stress. Will post pics when its finished.
