The previous record was $85 million, and that team (Denver) was in the AFCCG the next year. I think it's a big number, but with the right coach & GM it can be navigated. Denver had more dead cap in QB than Cleveland did in 2024 after the Deshaun debacle, but one of those teams has John Elway and Sean Payton and the other is ... well, Cleveland. It's all about the leadership.
Tua is too young. Needs to first play for a couple other teams before he is suitably aged for the Jets.
