I wish I could "like" this a million times! Also, good luck "hiding" those report cards. That kind of stuff will always get leaked no matter what.
I put this in another thread but it needs to be here. Look I know both Jake Asman and Manish are polarizing but please give this a chance, especially you Jets79 because I know you don't like to watch or listen to this kinda stuff. Manish goes in depth into the dysfunction that is the Jets and it's the closest I have come to jumping ship with this team. I had very little hope before listening to this interview, I have none now unless something changes at the top. https://www.youtube.com/live/kpqLwcccO48?si=MWa8lmYsKPThsrg6
If it’s true, what a thin skinned loser. When an owner answers criticism by getting rid of a system that made it public, that says a lot about why this franchise is such a mess. Players are evaluated nonstop. Coaches are scrutinized and fired over results. Those are things that the public are aware of. That’s reality of the NFL. If everyone else in the building is graded and judged publicly, why does ownership get to opt out? If this guy can’t handle honest feedback, it’s hard to believe anything will actually change. It makes you wonder what happens internally when staff say something he doesn’t want to hear? Does it lead to real conversations, or does it just teach people to stay quiet to protect their jobs?
