Exactly! That’s also a huge reason why, in a totally different scenario, I want ZERO to do with Kyler Murray. To me, the QB HAS to be the leader. You need to be a leader of MEN. You need to command the huddle. You need to set the tone. YOU need to be the example. YOU need to be the one to DEMAND the other MEN work just as hard as you. It’s why Kyler Murray will NEVER win anything…he doesn’t WANT it…he doesn’t LIVE EAT and BREATHE it. How can he demand the best out of the other guys when he’s slacking the fuck off. Fuck that noise. Brady is the best example of this kind of guy who lives the shit every minute. So this Chambliss kid…it’s not the same issue as Murray as far as I know with work ethic and leadership, but it’s kind of in the same ballpark. It’s a lack of confidence, of ego, of whatever you want to call it. Namath is the best example of the confidence, or swagger, or ego, whatever you want to call it, but without being a cocky arrogant douche, Namath KNEW he was the man, and he KNEW he could do it. What Chambliss is doing going so far as to file a lawsuit…ugh that’s the complete opposite. That’s a little kid who KNOWS he can’t make it here so he wants to go back and get another payday playing against younger kids. Just a bad look. To me… I could be wrong, but to me, with a QB, SO MUCH of the game is between the ears that all of these things are important. If he was a different position maybe it’s not as critical, but for a QB, it bugs the shit out of me. Enough to say fuck off and move on.

You know, I'm not sure how I feel about Allar. Penn State QB's, in general, have been more or less shit for as long as I can remember. Kerry Collins was the best of them. The rest have been never was's or career backups. But I'm open to it. No one says history can't be changed. Hell, we're Jets fans, we're COUNTING on history being able to change. LOL
