    Screw 1998, he didnt win it then, how does winning on the Pats solve anything? It doesnt mean anything, as long as Vinny is on the Pats I hope he loses.

    Hah, my girlfriend would always remark at how any time Vinny threw the ball anywhere past 15 yards I would cringe and yell "oh god no!" in anticipation of an interception.

    How does a guy that epitomizes the Jets play on the team that beat us? Vinnny is a mercenary, like most athletes. He plays for a check. Just so happens some of his years his check was signed by the Jets. That's all it is.

    plays for a check??? the guy has more money than would be needed for 20 lifetimes. he plays for love of the game and pursuit of the ring. at least try to THINK before you post something as stupid as this.

    shockingly, i knew you were going to say this. but, this simply isnt true, im as diehard as it gets mate. the reason why you say im not a real fan is because i wanted Vinny to win the last 2 weeks. while it was about as tough a dilemma as it gets, i wanted him to win, i didnt want that team to win, i just wanted him to win. my Jets fandom has nothing to do with it, just wanted VT to get his ring, thats all.

    hes done EVERYTHING but win a ring. thats his goal, win a ring, wnning a ring finally closes the unfinished book of Vinny's career.

    But knowing he did absolutely nothing to EARN the ring. How would that have been gratifying? Holding a clipboard isn't considered earning it IMO.

    Brady was starting to play erratically the week we beat him, and definitely the week before, and maybe before that, i dont remember exactly. the fact is that Vinny played a mentoring role in helping get Brady get straightened back out, if nothing else...
