You never know so I won't be too arrogant, but that I'm great with that hire as Jets fan. BC wasn't impressive with him as HC so quite a leap for him to be a successful NFL HC
Dolphins hired GB GM, and he obviously is very familiar with GB DC. Fielded #6 and #11 defenses in GB for the two years he was NFL coach. So he seems good at his side of the ball. Has HC experience from Boston College. Dolphins will probably have good defense again soon. Let's hope the offense will get worse.
