Wonder how much this conversation changes before April. That said I have family in Pittsburgh so thinking about heading to the draft this year since we have 2 first rounders (never been one very close living in VA)
My Brooklyn mafia is also planning a trip to Draft. In fact, we already booked 4 rooms for Wednesday night and Thursday night. Due to my work situation I am not sure if I will attend the draft or not but it is more than 50% chance right now. I will let you know.
We now have our own thread to talk about this. I will sticky this for a week, then I will Unsticky. I will sticky it back in March for more visibility.
LOL I call them Brooklyn mafia is because they are the ones that made me a Jets fan. All over 50 and some over 60. Season Ticket Holders for more than 25 years. They will give up their tickets this year for the first time. But they are crazy Jet fans. If I join, we will be total 5 guys. We booked rooms already. If I can't go, they will bring somebody else with them.

Arlington is pricey, hard to believe there is much to invest in there. DC has been growing into VA for years starting in Arlington/Alexandria then Tysons, Sterling, Ashburn, Purcellville, Berryville and now Winchester VA is blowing up, used to be amazing investment opportunity there, may still be.
probably wont attend but I've been to Pittsburgh many times. You have to uber to, or park at station square and take the gateway clipper to the draft event/stadium, though. What I am saying in non-local terms is you park south of where the three rivers meet, its easy to park and get out. Then you take the ferry around fort duquesne (3 rivers point) to the north shore where the stadium is. Picturesque views that are simply some of the best in the USA. and then its easy you just walk and enjoy the events. you avoid "downtown" completely and the ferry has a nice bar for drinking -- don't drive and be a victim of the wacky routes in that town. they have you get in one lane to cross a bridge and then force you to immediately go over 3 lanes to exit.
