Stupid fucking pricing for season tickets requiring a STH to buy preseason games and parking passes. Yesterday’s game was all Pats Fans. Once when taking a pee break the Yellowjacket said to me “where you going get back in there we need more Jet fans”! Later had to go get the Yellowjacket to ask 2 Pats Fans, a mother and a son, to sit down after repeated requests (including “sit the fuck down”). The son was a tall kid maybe early twenties. Mother looked like Sloth from the Goonies with dark hair. She turned and uttered something. I saw her lips moving accompanied by spittle. Last home game this season and probably forever…
Yeah not much we as fans can do other than cancel and not renew Let Woody’s season ticket holder list continue to dwindle and see if that makes any impact, though probably it won’t I don’t live in NY so not an option for me personally, but it just feels like a better option would be to cancel and then buy individual tickets on stubhub or something before the games and just go to the ones you want to go to…I don’t know, I won’t knock anyone for having season tickets, but it’s just such a shame what Woody has done to this team and the frustration of not being able to do a single thing about it as a fan just sucks. The only thing we can do is speak with our wallets and not buy season tickets or gear, but even that really won’t impact Woody all that much, and it’s also a shitty way to feel as a fan.
I am sooooo happy I gave up my tickets and didn’t fall for the stupid PSL line of bullshit they were feeding. It’s so easy to go to individual games and it always will be, but honestly who even wants to go to one game much less be stuck watching and paying for this trash the entire season?
I have a call with them next week on whether we should renew or not. First time considering not renewing. Didn't go to the game yesterday, just ate the loss. Why put effort in as a fan, when the team is clearly trying to lose? Embarrassing product

Actually looking for an honest answer here that doesn't include some line about "family legacy" or "inherited from mom/dad" stuff. I realize it is a combination of both, but it's just amazing how inept and how unlucky the Jets organization really is. The Jets are constantly in the state of rebuild. Then you have an organization like the Patriots, whereby they experience the departure of a HOF QB and then HC, and they manage to right back on top of the Division. I have just sent me rep (she is the fifth since I've had PSLs/ST at MetLife) to notify her and the organization that I am abandoning my four PSLs in section 135 along with respective STH rights. I cannot in good conscience nor is it financially responsible to continue. When the organization raised ST prices next year, I called my rep and she explained that the fee that the NFL charges its members increased (or something like that). Woody should have just ate the increase instead of passing it on to the loyal fan base. Now STH seem to be leaving in droves. I expect a phone call from the organization soon.

Stop buying season tickets guys lol. You can go to every game if you want anyways at face value or well below later in the season. I know half a dozen people that couldn’t give tickets away yesterday, let alone recoup any money for them. Season tickets made a lot of sense back in the day pre-heavy internet ticket availability because you had to know someone to buy tickets from. Now, you can get $20 seats if you really wanted to watch that beat down in the freezing cold yesterday.
If I had a season ticket - which would be insane as I live on another continent - then I would be unable to give it up as I would know with absolute certainity in the very core of my soul that the minute I did the Jets would go on some Patriots-style 20 year dynasty and it would be impossible to get tickets without paying a fortune. It's like people that gave up Newcastle United season tickets when they were in the doldrums and now it is near impossible to even get on to the waiting list
I'm out after this season. Just can't take wasting 14 hours driving, tailgating, watching a dog shit team alongside mostly opposing fans to then drive home. It's back to my couch for me
Nah, I enjoy spending time with my Dad & Brother at the games. Car ride over, walk to the stadium, chatting about life We're simple people, haha If that is "Family legacy," not sure what to tell you. They're both willing to give them up, so we'll see what happens.
What REALLY sucks is we're back living under another Pats AFCE reign. They barely had down years and are already back. The people on the sidelines and field have changed but the results are the same
