The Bills back ups can easily beat this team.

If Glenn isn’t fired tomorrow I will be shocked. There is no way we can go into next season with this guy….

With the exception of Breece Hall almost every player on this team has regressed from last year. Quincy Williams was our pride that we built him into an all pro caliber LB. Under this regime he’s fallen so low he’s getting benched. Sherwood was a solid MLB with promise. He should be growing into his leadership role. Yet again, major regression. Our secondary is legendarily bad and I’m sorry, especially when Sauce was here, some of these players are not as bad as they’ve been this year. Players are regressing and playing their worst football under Glenn. Gameplans look awful and almost like an afterthought. I’ve not seen any evidence of a gameplan tailored to the opponent. Gameday decisions are head scratchingly questionable. 2 of our wins came through special teams. 2 of our losses could easily have been 60-70 points given up had the opponent not let up. We started the season fighting PIT pretty hard and completely regressed the longer we’ve been under Glenn’s leadership. It’s literally trending worse and worse. And on top of that he’s a fucking former CB and we have ZERO interceptions in 16 games.

I’m shouting from a fucking mountaintop!! Are we really going to let this man coach our small fortune of 1st and 2nd round picks!?!? Are we insane?!?

This doesn't even look like an NFL team at this point.

If we keep Glenn moving forward, I don't know if I can ride it out, man. Having this guy being involved with our QB decision, our drafts, with all this draft capital. Another rebuild.

Should this really be the guy that gets that chance at this point? This has been worse than the Gase era for me.. How the fuck do you accomplish that? So soon, even.

It's such a sad state. It's getting absurd. Can we all agree at this point?

    This is fucking absurd.

I would say there is a less than 1% chance that AG is not the Jets HC at the start of next season

Woody can’t be cheap here and just cut the cord on AG. I liked him as a player but as a coach he’s in way over his head.

I had my doubts last season when he was with Detroit when they needed a shoot out every game to win. They blamed it on injuries but I felt their defensive scheme was so basic and easy to play against.

I'm not so sure. It's not about the win/loss at this point. It's about competence.

This is nowhere near competent football. It's not close. I think it's far higher than you think, it should be anyway.

I have flipped on this topic several times throughout the season. Personally I think he should be fired. Clearly the team hasn't "bought in" with his message and that speaks volumes.

Let's be honest, what aspect of this team has improved since last year that can be directly linked to Glenn. I would say special teams looks pretty good but I think that is more the Special Teams Coordinator than anything Glenn has done.

I just dont see what message he can bring to this team that would bring a tangible impact on next year's team.

Watching this SF/Bears game it just speaks volumes how quickly a team can get turned around with a good coach. Man, it’s so Jets that we get the wrong coordinator from the Detroit lions of all teams. Pretty clear Ben Johnson was the reason they had success the past few years not Campbell like everyone thought and definitely not Glenn.

I'm watching the Bears/49ers game as well and they were showing play designs Ben Johnson drew up when he was a small child and mentioned he was a math/computer science major in college. That's the kind of coach we're up against and trying to out-scheme.

We are so outmatched with Glenn it's not even funny. He is not remotely the kind of coach that is optimal in the modern NFL.

As much as i agree with you and would love this to be true, sadly it isnt, totally… Each week, whoever is calling the jets game, sits in the booth and literally reads the same damn script -“ glenn is the right guy”, “the players are all bought in on the culture”, “he will turn it around in year 2”. Do they actually believe this? Im afraid Woody does unfortunately. Not one commentator has dared to call Glenn out… why is that? I dont want to go there, but you almost have to wonder if there are other agendas in play. This team isnt losing close games… they are getting massacred from the jump. Even their wins are smoke and mirrors. This is by far the worst team in the league and it isnt even close.

Glenn just proved his own incompetence at his presser. 2:45 he says “I thought we had a good game plan on both sides of the ball, I really did”

Then they get killed 35-3 at half and if the Pats didn’t take their foot off the gas they would have lost by 60.

    Woody cmon man.

Ben Johnson was more qualified to be a HC when he was in elementary school than AG ever was at the peak of his career.

Exactly, he mentioned again it was not about Xs and Os. No wonder we are getting blown out every week. We have the worst schematic disadvantage in every game and the coach does not even understand it.

Man o man, how can a guy go out there and say it’s not about Xs and Os and that he felt he had a good game plan going into a ball game where they get absolutely crushed and could have easily lost by 60.

Clean house tomorrow and dangle those picks to top candidates is the only way or all those picks will get flushed down the toilet because they won’t get good enough coaching/scheme to succeed no matter how good they could be.
