That's a pretty strong statement that I'm sure you can back up with a link.

I’m tired of GMs trying to lose to buy themselves more time.
They need to read the room.

No more handing the keys to the franchise to glorified scouts, with zero accountability or oversight on strategy.

Just a friendly reminder the guy who prepared this team for today’s game against NE is currently the one we’ll be entrusting to coach up a bunch of top tier rookie prospects including most likely a QB.

This is a complete embarrassment. I mean there is extremely bad, and then there is the current jets. Might as well pull 11 people from sec 124 and let them play defense. The players should be ashamed of themselves, and Aaron Glenn should be beheaded at halftime. FIRE THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE!

Seems like the jets are not even a competitive football team anymore. The only person who can’t comprehend that Aaron Glenn is not a nfl coach at this point is woody himself, guy is always 2 steps behind any other competent owner that’s why this team has been a laughing stock since he bought this team, can’t believe that Aaron Glenn and the mediocre staff he brought in will be handed a stockpile of draft picks this upcoming draft to ruin into despair. We finally have a stockpile of draft picks and cap space and we are entrusting Aaron Glenn to make the decisions with woody and little brick hovering in his ear.

I love how we followed up the OL guru who couldn't draft OL with the defensive guru who can't coach defense. Just incredible stuff.

The talent differential pf NFL players is razor thin. Yes it matters, but the difference between losing and being embarrassed is coaching.

The non-competitive nature of this team is very fireable. The Quinn Ewers led Dolphins are taking it to the Buccaneers right now.

The Jets are about to lose by 40.

1000%. There is NOBODY on that Patriots offense that anyone fears. There is ZERO excuse for the Jets to be getting dismantled in this fashion. The coaching staff is inept at EVERY level

Agreed. If he pulls the trigger next season or off season it just isn't the same.

The time is now to do this.

It should happen after this game. Let Banjo coach the team against the Bills.

The defense actually got worse after they fired Wilks and Glenn got more involved. I guess we should be surprised. On the other side we have Leonard Taylor whom we waived making TFLs for the Patriots.

Woody, you dumb ass, just fire Glenn already, we cannot endure another season of this garbage!

If Aaron Glenn had an ounce of respect for the game, players, or fans, he would step down immediately.

The Jets can never admit they made a mistake and cut the cancer early like good organizations can, Look at Denver who fired Hackett in one year to replace him with Payton who completely turned around the organization around quick, or New england who fired Jerod Mayo in 1 year and and are now a superbowl contender the next year, took the Jets 3 years to finally realize that Zack Wilson sucks while the 49ers realized the same year that Trey Lance sucks, this is why the Jets will always be a poverty organization under Woody. It's like Woody is a stubborn pos and thinks he is the greatest owner in Nfl history and sees shit no one else does.

Why would he step down? He is making millions and will never get a job in the Nfl again coaching, may not even get one as a defensive coordinator because apparently he is not good at that either, he is freerolling now, if the Jets have success the next couple years he will be a coach for 20 more years, if the Jets are mediocre again who cares he still got his payday? What does he have to lose? It's us fans who are suffering while he sleeps well at night.

he is afraid of the backlash… which just means the backlash for NOT firing him needs to be harsher.

Will he step down? No, of course not. But to collect millions, knowing full well you are beyond incompetent and in no way shape or form are deserving of that money, while running the careers of the players into the ground, and demoralizing a whole city… yeah he most definitely should if he was a man. He preaches accountability , but it doesnt apply to him obviously. The man is a piece of shit on so many levels.

Since day one I did not like the Glenn hire. However I thought Woody would be stubborn enough to not fire him despite showing nothing. I think Glenn gets fired now. Even as stupid as Woody is, if he asks ANYONE in the NFL circles, there is no one outside of the 33rd team that would tell him to bring Glenn back. This does not have to be a complete overhaul either. I would involve Mougey with the search. If someone like McCarthy wants his own GM then thats up to Woody. However im sure someone like Flores would not care. (Also he is coming from the Vikings on a down year so he can pull people from Minnesota; with Glenn coming from Detroit im sure most followed Jonhson to Chicago and did not follow Glenn). Either way whoever they go with; they need to have experience. Anyone with experience would be in upgrade at this point. Im more focused on getting Glenn out, then we can debate who should be the head coach but anyone but Glenn.

His players are celebrating a missed FG down 42-3 with less than 2 minutes to go in the 3rd Quarter. Not a blocked FG even, just a miss. The players literally had nothing to do with the miss, yet they’re celebrating. Down 42-3. That’s the mentality this coach has instilled.
