Last home game of the season. Unless it is a rainy day, I intend to be there now that I am fully back home. This is one of the rare times I would be very happy with a Jets win. Fuck the cheating Massholes. Neither Mendoza nor Moore are the can't miss QB's in my opinion. Picking 5th or 6th is not a problem. Let's win this game and hopefully avoid Pats getting the #1 seed in the AFC.
As much as I hate the Pats, we need them to win and ideally by a blow out. Maybe Woody will see this, hear the boos and something in his rapidly declining brain will momentarily click. Very unlikely, but... And no QB is a sure thing, but Moore and Mendoza sure gives more hope than anyone on the FA market.
remember when the Patriots sucked after Brady left - feels like that lasted about 5 minutes while the Jets suffering is well into its second decade. Patriots will destroy the Jets - in part because they could still lose the division to the Bills and so won't be taking it easy.
Again, it lasted for 5 mins because Kraft does not fuck around. If you made a SB before you get two seasons to make play-offs, otherwise 1 and done and you move on to the next guy. This gives the highest probability of success. So, Belichick missed play-offs twice, and he was sent packing. 6 SB before is nice and all, and he did get a second year after missing the play-offs the 1st time. However, this is not lifetime achievement award. He sucked two years in a row, he is out. 6 SBs or not. It's who is the best going forward. Rookie Mayo came in, stunk it up, he out without a second year, team legend or not. Onto the next. Until he hits. In the meantime Woody is giving 4th year to Saleh who couldn't ever win more than 7 games, not even sniffing the play-offs.
Will be watching the Game at home sipping on some of the best bourbon I can buy. It's my BDay and no matter what the Jets do, I'm gonna enjoy it!!
I have one word to describe this upcoming game: Eviscerate That is what the Patriots are going to do to the Jets and, you know what, I couldn't give 2 shits less. In fact, I'll be packing up everything Jets and throwing that where it belongs, in the farthest corner of my outside storage shed. Probably rot out there before this team is remotely relevant again. Kind of had it with this team.
I'm guessing you have Williams running 2 TD's back for 14 of those 17, yes? Because there's no way in hell that team is putting up 17 on the Patriots.
Hahaha we're really gonna need our ST to step it up again! I can see Williams returning one for a TD, and then setting up a short field for Brady Cook to get his 2nd career passing TD and pass Tim Boyle on our all time passing TD list
Shouldn't there be another option on the poll? Surely an uninvolved third party has a better chance of coming away from this game with a victory than the New York Jets do.

Seen that at the store today. Bourbon aisle was more crowded than usual. I stayed with my Maker's Mark but the Private Select for the occasion. I'm a Makers Mark 46 man on most game days.
