He does but to be fair to him that offense is a mess. No receivers are open when they show the overhead camera. They have no real running game and the protection is spotty at best.

Trading Pickens for a 3rd and then trading a 1st for DK and then paying him all that money was a wild misstep. DK is a losing player. He only catches bombs, doesn’t do anything to move the chains and racks up a ton of OPI’s and personal fouls because he’s a head case.

The Steelers lost the offseason badly.

it’s not a coincidence that the Steelers don’t have a running game. The Jets didn’t have one either with Rodgers.

He can only play one style, audibles into the same obsolete run calls, and he offers nothing with his own legs these days.

the Steelers did make some weird moves I thought the Ramsey trade for Minkah Fitzpatrick was also dumb

Asked by reporters how to increase production in the passing game, Rodgers said this: “When there’s film sessions, everyone shows up. When I check to a route, run the right route.”

I think that comment was him throwing Jonnu Smith under the bus for zigging when he thinks he should have zagged in the endzone. Lord Rodgers must perform ritual sacrifice after a loss, it helps his tummy feel better.

Denver’s defense is relentless. You gotta respect the football they play

I was watching a bit of the Seahwks vs Vikings game in which the Seahawks gave them a total smack down and they said that Darnold was the first QB ever to win 14 or more games for one team then start on another team the following season - what were the Vikings thinking?

I think that's what the experts call "pulling a Jets"

Dart is going to get himself killed. He’s gotten smashed twice tonight in 6-7 plays on legal hits.

Giants fans immediately bring up Maholmes on that hit.

Maholmes starts going out of bounds the second the defender starts to tackle and gets flags. It's total bs.

But Dart took that hit not even thinking about going out of bounds

Yeah Mahomes makes sure his right foot is on the white and then the defenders pull up even though they still contact him. Then he makes it look like he got hit by a bazooka explosion.

Dart stayed in bounds the whole time. He deserves to get tee’d off on if he’s not going to protect himself and I say that genuinely rooting for him.

Seriously kid. You won't last a full season doing dumb stuff like this.

And now they're down 17. If Patsies had any sort of a pass rush Dart would be in serious danger of getting knocked out of this game. They would just tee off for three quarters.

So the Jets aren’t uniquely hapless, it’s pretty universal

Hey, at least they didn't return it for six.

Giants really started to show me something for about 15 minutes. Then back to the usual incompetence

I think his plant foot was in the wrong place. Too far forward past the ball. Then he was trying to recover from that but couldn't.

Wonder if the holder put the ball down on the wrong spot. Or maybe Koo lined up in the wrong place.

    Dayum.

I haven't seen a QB throw such beautiful deep balls in a very long time

It's really painful to see the Pat's are in such a good place at QB and at HC already, while the Jets are still wandering around in the netherland with no QB and a coach that's nothing more than a question-mark at this point...
