What a miserable day....combination of our record, the weather, and the team's play.....I go back to the mid-1970's and I can't remember a WORSE combination. All that lousiness just to fall a few spots in the Tankathon rankings.
Actually, unless these QBs this year are going to get alot better in the NFL, there is no can't-miss prospect IMO. Simpson of AL is interesting but I can't honestly say he's better than AJ McCarron, a career backup. Or Mack Jones, borderline starter. And Bryce Young is eh. Tua and Hurts best and even they blow hot-and-cold. But Hurts was good enough to win a SB so no complaints if you're an Eagles fan.
Was really hoping not to get into the whiskey for this one but I’m not really seeing how that’s possible.
I'm not sold on the class of '26 at all. I have a feeling Mougey and Glenn will draft a QB come hell or high water so we might as well get as high as we can so our trade up won't be so expensive.
I’m waiting to see what the kid from Indiana does against Ohio State. He tore up Oregon, but I think this is his big test
It will tell the tale. I don't think Simpson is in the conversation as he's just a bit too short for Glenn's tastes. If its not Mendoza, they're gonna wait until '27.
Starting a lottery ticket guy Cook in hopes 'we see something", while keeping the same exact offensive game plan guys in place, is as essentially as pointless imo as making the switch to Tyrod was always going to be. Passing game sucks at it's core. Cook ain't solving that.
