I would've let Folk try the fg there. Heck I would've let him go for the win at the end of the Denver game too. These days kickers make those kicks look easy?
It's still a game. I'll take that as a great sign. I'm surpised at how bad Baltimore looks. This gameplan. The Jets can't score. They can't move the ball consistently. I thought baltimore was going to try to jump on top of the Jets early to force them to play catch up. So far it looks like they're content to play a low risk, low scoring, slugfest of a game. That favors the Jets.
One quarter in the books and I’m thinking I might not need whiskey to get through this one. Progress.
Not defending the 3rd and 7 gut run but given the place on the field where they called it, they were trying to get 4-5 to setup 4th down and short. They had a light box. Again, not a good play call in my eyes either but it does have logic behind it.
Tyrod. Needs to give us more than he's given us. Almost threw a pick 6 ball on the first drive. Followed that up by botchinga easy throw on a screen? Two drives 2 punts so far. Now chance #3. Tyrod has to give us something good man.
Good analysis, and if they were a .500 team I’d support the playcall. But when you’re 2-8 it kinda falls flat
I don't know if Tyrod is done. Or if he didn't take this Jets backup job seriously enough. He hasn't been the guy he's been for most of his career. With the Jets. If this keeps up Coach A.G. may put Fields in the game.
Hard to describe the whiplash from watching Arsenal beating Tottenham’s asses to tuning in here to see a pass get batted down on 3 and 8.
