I don't understand what the gameplan is. We're not running the ball. Sure as heck we're not passing the ball. So what is the gameplan here? How do the Jets do it? They may have gone out and found a worse offensive coordinator than Nathaniel Hackett. Ol' Nate might be a upgrade over this guy.
Yeah, that’s what it’s really all about. Besides, my kids know what to expect at this point. They both started cracking up at the interception before half. We’ve had season tickets in our family for 40+ years, this is just another normal Sunday for us! LOL thanks for the kind words though!
That’s one of the things I was looking for this year - definitive game plans that you could plainly see. I don’t see anything remotely resembling that
The thing is...they're NOT competing. Yeah, they're showing heart, but it was never a complaint under Saleh/Ulbrich, Gase, Bowles, Ryan, etc. that they didn't play hard. The problem is, they're not competitive. They're not offering a challenge to the other team. I don't mind if we lose a lot of games this year if we're playing close, hard fought games like in week 1, but as Tony Romo observed last week, we don't even look like we're an NFL team right now. The past two weeks have literally looked like a college team playing an NFL team.
And how bad was coach Glenn's clock managemnt at the end of that first half? Bucs kick the fg. Jets get the ball back with like 1:50 left in the half? Jets run a play use a timeout. Bucs end up getting the ball with 1:23 left? How bad is that? Then the DEFENSE MAKES THE STOP then coach Glenn uses a timout so that our offense -7 total yards of offense in the first half, our QB been getting murdered all game long can go down the field for a quick score. Seriously what was he expecting to happen? What happened to just being glad you're down 7 somehow still in this game? That pick 6 was not on Tyrod. 100% ON THE COACHES!!
i paid to see us get killed in AZ last year so im right there with you bud. I cant imagine paying to watch them on tv. Whats it like over $20/game for the ticket?
No! Have them root so hard for the Jets and get their hopes up that they will win. This trip will be the best investment you've ever made for your children as they will then suffer a terribly painful letdown from this team, quit the Jets thus saving them YEARS of agony. You are doing a wonderful service for your children and generations to come.
Honestly, no. As I said in an earlier post, they're not playing like a weak NFL team even; they're playing like they're in a league below the NFL. They're worse than last year. Not only do I think we're going to go 0-17, I think week 1 is the only game we'll have lost by single digits.
