From jetsxfactor.com Aaron Rodgers plays blame game over failed New York Jets tenure He should just keep his mouth shut. After 20 or so years in the league, he should know better.
I've always felt that the telltale sign of maturity is owning your fck ups as much as your successes. You can infer from that statement what I think about Diva Rodgers. The Steelers are in for a very rough go of it however with their history, Diva Rodgers won't be able to shit on them at will like he does the Jets.
I'm not even going to give them a click by opening the link, I couldn't give a stuff what the drugged up clown is saying.
Jet fans, remind me again why some believe we would have been better off with AR at the helm. An Immature, self serving egomaniac whose role along with his side kick OC were HUGE contributors to our pathetic running game. Absolute best move ever was getting rid of his sorry ass, whose average performance at best is overshadowed by his constant big mouth and unreasonable expectations at the cost of his teammates.
15 years without sniffing the playoffs, will make you a little crazy at times, 50 plus years without a vault, need I say more?
Top 10 QB of all time, first ballot hall of famer, and 4 time NFL MVP vs. one of the worst run organizations in all 4 major sports…… yeah I’ll say the jets were the problem too.
The Steelers have been winners for a long time. How much better if anything with AR remains to be seen. Conversely we have been losers as long as they have been winners, and AR did zippo to change that.
What a twit...he cjustabout change the LOS calls on everyplay and failed to elevate players around him. What a useless POdung.
Tomlin will rip a hole in that man's chest if he goes too far. You just get that vibe he takes no bullshit. However, there will be a longer leash than normal. The thing is, you can also sense Tomlin isn't necessarily "down" with this new generation of player. You just feel this could be his last year or pretty damn close to it. Rodgers gives him a legitimate shot at "deep in the playoffs" if everything doesn't get too crazy or there are injuries. But if Rodgers goes too far... Tomlin carries just as much "cred" in the NFL as does Rodgers. I'd pull up a seat with popcorn for that battle!
Yeah, and the youngest fans who have any kind of living memory of the Jets in a Super Bowl are now in their 60s.

I don't see a yuppie like Rodgers being very popular with the often rural, blue collar fanbase of Pittsburgh. I get it, if he wins who cares, but he's gonna be 42 and yeah father time is undefeated. It has potential to unravel is all I'm saying
I mean he's not wrong... I can actually see it working out for the Steelers, simply because they are a better run franchise, with better coaching, better management and better player development.
