Love the player, hate the strategy. Hopefully this pays off a few years down the road when we have people that can catch the ball and stop the run. Also having a guy that can throw the ball will help too.
Stud player. Not sure where he fits at the moment but long term he’s a ten year NFL player barring injury hopefully all as a Jet.
Pretty amazing that he started as a true freshman for Alabama at an important position on their defense then he stuck around 4 more seasons. He might be a victim of simply having too much tape to pick apart!
We got a likely starter with the late 4th round pick at the position where we are completely baron and probably need two starters. Nothing wrong with this strategy at all.
