I don’t see why that wouldn’t be the case. Best players are going to play. And the schemes will be tailored to fit players strengths. That is a radical departure from previous regime. It was what only what best suited AR on offense and no real rookie play except top stars on offense.
It's amazing how holding people accountable changes their behavior and forces them to stay sharp. Football is no different than any other aspect of life. If the guys don't want to lose their job then they must perform. It's very simple - what have you done for me today. What is your output. Hopefully this regime is the one to stop all of the mickey mouse personnel moves made by previous regimes.
this is why I really can’t say Corley was at fault…he barely got a chance…like I get it, he should have played better and shown something to get on the field, but it seemed like if you wasn’t a vet, you wasn’t playing at the WR spot.

I think AR was so used to everyone kissing his ass that when Glenn asked a yes or no question, he didn't feel like he had to commit at that moment. That was his last mistake as a Jet. All that maybe, maybe not shit doesn't fly here anymore so he took his diva game to the Steelers. I don't know why that franchise is putting up with this shit after watching the Jets suffer 2 years. Now Rodgers is bitching because he flew across country in his private plane only to be fired 5 mins after fucking up the interview. This was a watershed moment for the Jets. They were clearly done with Rodgers and his sideshow so they sent him and almost all of his merry men on their ways. I didn't expect Rodgers to go full on bitch though. That was a surprise for sure.
History is not on the Jets side. However on the bright side history is what it is. The future can be changed with the right changes and adjustments …..

I think AR response was the typical well I have to think about many factors, I don’t know your plan, I have many personal concerns to solve, yada, yada yada, instead of the hard and fast, yes I want to play for the Jets, yes I’m willing to play within whatever scheme you guys want, and yes I will support you as our HC. End of meeting, and rightfully so. This is no longer about what you want Roger…this is what is best for the team. Long time since we had a boss with balls.
