LOL, you are on a message board, of course we are giving our opinions, it's quite dumb to expect otherwise. You are getting very worked up here for no reason. But I understand, as a self proclaimed mature adult you will wait until tomorrow's press conference to learn hard cold facts. In the mean time hopefully Glenn can identify the best OC, who will agree to sign with us, and Woody will open his fucking wallet to pay him.

Yes, we're here to share opinions; we're also here to share news - why make it so difficult to tell the difference?

Could it be that even you are so sure your opinions are correct you can't tell where your imagination ends and reality begins?

Have you ever come back on your own to admit you got things (like package deals) all wrong?

    That sucks about Kubiak

the uncertainty with Rodgers and all that he brings may be hurting with offensive coordinators

I have posted my share of news as well as opinion, it's actually not difficult to tell apart, you are just unnecessarily making it so for yourself. And I do admit when I am wrong, like picking Olu over Bowers for instance, but I do not see anything wrong with the tandem opinion, and I already explained why. Not sure why you latched on that so hard like a kid to a mother's tit. Time to let go a little bit. Soon we will see if the structure will change as well, I do think it will change based on what I see. But again, this is an opinion, it shouldn't be that hard to tell. No need to get your blood pressure raised over it.

If Glenn is smart, and I think he is, he would tell the OC he would have a key say in the process to decide about Rodgers. Then it will not be a negative - just an option they have. The negative is not having anything else at QB though. Seattle has Geno. Houston has Stroud. TB has Baker and the fact two previous OCs are HCs now. Jax has Trevor. That is why we need to offer more money/years to an OC and move quickly to hopefully lock Caley up.

Actually it is quite difficult at times to tell fact from opinion such as when a statement like this is made: "This is very different from the strategy 33d team selected. They focused on getting GM and coach that know each other as basically a tandem."

That's quite a declarative statement with nothing whatsoever to indicate it is the product of one's imagination. Especially when you declined to clarify when questioned about it.

I have a feeling that Johnson, Mougey and Glenn have already agreed on the path the Jets will take regarding Rodgers; the only input in that regard from a prospective OC would be to make sure he can work with that decision.

I didn't think it was that hard to understand it was my opinion, as I do not have direct connection to the decision makers, but I would be happy to clarify that yes, that is my opinion, if it helps you in any way. Now, you seem to be having difficulty following this, so I will try again to explain why I formed that opinion. They brought people who worked together, and then after hiring the HC added two more people with clear connection to the coach, one of which is his personal friend. So, the tandem is an opinion that is rooted in facts we have at hand. Hopefully that clarifies, but if not, while it would be disappointing you are unable to follow the logic, we may need to agree to disagree on this.

Hopefully none. He's proven his incompetence with several different teams and for Glenn to bring him back on his staff will be seen as more placating Rodgers if The Legend is still around.

Not a coordinator, but a great experienced assistant GM that was reportedly on our list is going to the Titans: https://x.com/AlbertBreer/status/1883593469102563516
"The Titans are finalizing a deal to make ex-Raiders GM Dave Ziegler their assistant GM, per sources. Ziegler spent last year with the Saints."

I thought Ziegler got short end of the stick with the Raiders, only 1 year. He did draft Bowers and several other good players as well. Wish we got him, but the Titans are getting the FO that I wanted. Dominoes are falling with the guys attached to us disappearing.
