I've been asking myself the same thing.

    What a weird dysfunctional organization.

    It's sad to see.

Thanks! It was ridiculously easy to make for how well it came out.

No one’s been fired yet because Woody is still hedging his bets with Rodgers. There’s literally no other reasonable reason why he hasn’t cleared out the staff at this point. Unless of course you believe that Ulbrich is a legit candidate.

It amazes me that Hackett is still employed.

There is something familiar about that.

There is no point in firing all these folks. They are still being paid and will continue to be paid. If there's any work to be done now - close ups, exit interviews, draft scouting, adjusting the thermostat etc - somebody has to do it. Until they hire the replacements, hopefully Click and Brick are not the ones doing that from their Madden consoles.

I’m telling you, Woody is testing the waters with the Rodgers situation. He’s at the very least offering up the idea that a GM/HC might want to keep Rodgers and Hackett is the key to doing so.

The money situation probably dictates they have to hang with him 1 more season. Also, what QB options are there that would be better than Rodgers in the current offensive system?

This is simultaneously depressing and true.

TBH the ability, experience and command that Rodgers brings even today is still close to elite. I just think that the peripheral damage to the rest of the org with bending over backwards to make him happy will hold us back. So better options aren't necessarily better QBs, just people who don't cause as much havoc to the organization.

Rodgers is a better Tim Tebow.
