    Reid puts in the work to stay fresh, Rex doesn't. Which is why Rex was washed before the Bills fired him. Now he's mega-washed.

    He didn't have a quarterback in Buffalo either. Reid has never been without a HOF caliber QB. Neither you nor I have any idea how much time these coaches put in or how "fresh" their approach is.

    He kept the team competitive for multiple years despite all the shit they forced on him, and they're going to be 2-9 without him. He's not great, but he was the best coach on the staff. At worst, he'll be a good defensive coordinator for his next team/teams, and at best, he'll be a head coach for a playoff team in a couple years from now.

    The only fix the Jets may be Tanny and his thinking cap or else The NFL has to step in like when they gave the Giants George what's his face to save things because the entire organization is bankrupt
