It is not at all like Verizon, Netflix or any other business for which ownership is traded on the open market. It seems you do not understand that tee shirts and hot dogs are small parts of the revenue picture. The guy bought the team for under $700 million dollars and has an overall losing record since then while the value has increased tenfold. I posted the figures that show the team's value more than doubled while they won less than a third of their games - how do you then predict a value downfall for the future?
