Your Head Coach choices for 2025

As a bills fan I would hate that. Guy is a great coach, I was ecstatic when the stupid dolphins fired him.

 

Blank check wasn't trumping the appeal LA and already having the young stud QB in place had in that case.

Even if people subscribe to the "coaches won't run away from the Jets job" line-of-thought I'm currently assuming it's a given that Chicago and whoever lines up to take Shaduer Sanders in the draft is going to split both Ben Johnson and Kingsbury out of the potential head coaching pool.

Not sure Doug P makes it out of that Jacksonville bye with a job in tact. If we maybe wanted to try and get an offensive guy (who might actually take the job) in the building a little early. Just saying

 

You mean like a mike Tomlin, Demeco ryans, Sean McDermott, harbaugh, Belichick, vrabel, Flores, Quinn? That shit doesn’t matter. What matters is a franchise qb. Get one of those

Gruden and the nfl are currently in a ferocious legal battle. He’s suing them for a gajillion dollars. They purposely got him fired. They leaked his emails. They hate each other. There’s been appeal after appeal, and it’s ugly. Plus, with everything he said about gays, blacks, etc, there’s no chance goodell allows any franchise to hire him.

 

I’m not dying to see Gruden coach the Jets but he’d very much reset the culture and wouldn’t tolerate the usual bullshit.

NFL won’t let him back in though. And at this point I’m willing to take some risky dart throws with how dreadful the Jets are.

 

And he's as much of a blowhole, too.

 

Flores is really intriguing for a number of reasons.
Main concern is some of the relational issues with players, especially the stuff with Tua. I'd like to know more if that was a one off with him or indicative of a larger issue

We already did this merry-go-round with RaleBird and he won’t give it up because they “legally” can’t keep him out of the league.

 

Flores would be awesome. I'd be psyched if he was the next Jets coach.

but what about Zac Taylor, Bengals coach? They are dumb enough to fire him and he can coach

Lol yeah, and they can’t legally keep kaepernick out of the league or prevent owners from giving out fully guaranteed contracts.

 

Oh, they won’t go on record of course, but behind the scenes they will make it abundantly clear to Woody or any ther owner he is not an option.

 

I said it before, keep an eye out towards Cleveland if the HC gets fired.

How do you know? We never will know because we didn't even try thats what makes it worse. Woody has ability to pay these guys more than these other owners. Money motivates anyone to come here not named Bill Bellichek cause he hates Woody that much and I don't blame him cause every Jets fan hates Woody more than BB.

 

Even a washed Gruden is better than anything we had since Woody bought the team. Coaches can't really be washed, they either know how to coach, discipline and motivate the team or they are soft pussy's like we have had and don't

 

No more ex coaching greats. Just give me an offensive minded coach and I'll be good.
