They've played like this since the Rex years. It's wild. They're allergic to taking shots down the field or even intermediate shots. The most explosive plays over the last few years have been occasional long runs from Breece. The only conclusion I can draw is that it's a deeply embedded philosophy within the organization. We need a complete housecleaning. Every scout, every coach, every exec, every trainer. Everyone.
I knew they were gonna lose when he didn’t go for it on 4th down up by 2 points. it was a dumb decision but I want them to lose and tank so it’s ok
bro he literally said in his presser a bye week will be good for us now, that means the jets have 14 days to prepare and as this team has shown the more time they have to prepare the more flat they come out.
Not sure it’s that- but he has no faith in the line and is afraid to get hit. He has the 3rd or 5th fastest release in the NFL. But his Yard Per Completion is dogshit. I think he’s injured. He has zero movement in the pocket. Vintage Rogers destroyed defenses by throwing on the move outside the pocket
it doesn’t matter if he’s injured or not. He’s 41 years old, he’s not going to get healthy and strong again. He’s done
Sean Payton is developing Bo nix into Joe Montana while we have Ulbrich spewing stupid quotes and the whole team is regressing , this is the difference between a great coach and a atrocious coach.
Yeah he’s basically dogshit now. Our only chance at being successful with him was protecting him and we obviously failed at that big time. It’s a true shame we didn’t have a healthy Rodgers last year when the roster willed the team to 7 wins with an atrocious quarterback. Rodgers hasn’t been good this year but if we had this Rodgers with last years team, we’re in the playoffs. Such as life for us as Jets fans.
Yeah I don't see the no.1 pick coming unfortunately.. The Giants and Patriots will probably win a couple down the stretch and possibly the Raiders too. But the Browns and Jags, not so much We also have 2 lucky breaks with 1PM home games against west coast teams. Seattle and LA both coming here. I could see wins there, with the Jaguars game too. 6-11 final record ugh. that would have us picking like 10th or something
It may be because we have had such a long run of poorly performing QBs - from Sanchez to Geno to Darnold to Wilson (with some journeymen thrown into the mix) - that there is this idea that the QB just needs to stick to dink and dunk and rely on the defense to win
