Do you guys think Justin Miller 'screwed' us out of Vince Young?

I never root for the Jets to lose, but do you think his kick return for a touchdown will result in us getting Cutler instead of Young? If Cutler ends up terrible and Young is the next McNabb/Culpepper, that will go down as one of the worst victories of all time, even if it was against the piece of shit Bills. Unless, of course, the Jets prefer Cutler over Young anyway.

Ty Law had plenty to do with that win as well.... and he won't be on the team next year... and Vinny and the TB game... oh man...

You could say that about any good play any player on this team had. You cant single out Miller like that.

If Cutler becomes beastly and Young is a bust (which is probably more likely), will you be kissing Miller's shoes and covering his bed with rose petals.

    Dumb thread.

...don't want him, even if drops to #4, he's (IMO) not suited for NorthEast weather style of play.....

We aren't taking a qb anyway. And if we do, then cutler>young.

We don't need one with Jay Fiedler I agree.

You didn't answer my question from earlier...do you actually think Jay Fiedler is going to be on the team next season?

Ok well I will stop as long as you answer my question...

Do you actually think Jay Fiedler is going to be on our team when he has a big salary due in 2006 and when we are millions of dollars over the cap?

I wanted us to lose towards the end of the year. But if winning those games gives us Cutler instead of Young, than I'm happy we did win.

I like both QB's so if we wind up with either one of them I will be thrilled.

    Vince Young is over-rated.

    Cutler is the real deal.

    Period.

Thinking that Justin Miller, a rookie making an amazing play, could have SCREWED us out of anything much less a better draft pick... it's just a loser mentality.

Yes, I have answered that question already. He is affordable and worth the money a very good quality backup/average starter.

But with our cap situation, he's NOT affordable.

It's like talking to a brickwall...

The guy has set his belief in stone that Jay will be our starter...

    Jay fielder? Starter?

For a team looking to rebuild for the future...that is absolutley insane, nevermind the fact of him being affordable or not.
