this feels like a bigger clown show than the last days of Rex's tenure when it was all falling apart - at least he had managed to enjoy a bit of success before it collapsed unlike the present regime
I was so fucking frustrated with the end of the Rex tenure and I’m honestly at the point where I say bring him back. He’s a good football coach. Just make sure the GM builds a winning offense and doesn’t listen to him on draft decisions.
He might be the only reputable (using the term somewhat loosely) HC candidate to want the job. He'd be back in a minute
Whole franchise is lost and rudderless. Fans are screaming for everyone's jobs and we have no plan for the future and dare I say starting to feel like no true core to build around. We have talented young players and it feels like they all want out ASAP
The next experiment is bringing in a head coach with a ton of experience, and see if he does not get eaten up in the loser mentality that is the New York Jets culture. The good young players are counting the days to leave the Jets and I don't blame them one bit.
He's not a reputable HC candidate. He hasn't coached football in several years, and he was already past it when the Bills fired him. There's a reason he has zero other offers.
Sad isn't it, people are really wanting Rex back!! He'd be the cherry on the top of this clown show cake
The only good draft Jd has had was 2022, now look at the top 5 picks of that draft, everyone but the Jets has made the playoffs since than.
There is no answer and this useless shit stain of an owner has a modicum of a clue. Buckle up Buttercups, this is going to get a LOT worse. The players are already playing with no hear and half ass'ing it. Byt the time this season is done Aaron Rodgers will retire. Write it down...
You are usually knowledgeable as hell and as level-headed as they come. I'm going to assume that today's loss really had a drastic effect on you, you overdid the alcohol to drown your sorrows, and that you will be back to normal tomorrow.
You guys aren't looking at the big picture. Sure, the Jets are consummate failures in the regular season and don't exist in the post season. But in the offseason, they are the most storied dynasty in all of global sports.
