It comes down to coaching. Jets roster is better than the Steelers. Jets QB is better than the Steelers QB and Jets WR's are better than the Steelers. But it will come down to coaching. I don't think we will win but roster is better than the Steelers. Apparently Vegas and pundits think Jets roster will close the Head Coach gap. We will see. Go Jets! of course but I don't see it.

Actually, I disagree. The O-line, maybe, but the Jets roster, overall, is better than the Squeelers. However, seeing as this team is so vastly under-coached, I expect the Jets to lose, yet again. Our coaching staff, in it's entirety, couldn't carry Mike Tomlin's jock. All I can point to is the Bronco's. Again, the Jets are VASTLY more talented than that team but, as with Tomlin, the entire Jets coaching staff can't offset Sean Payton.
It might be if any of the other franchises in this league respected the Jets or if the Jets were in any way deserving of even the smallest sliver of respect themselves.

Seriously? Hackett is unequivocally as useless as tits on a bull. Period. That asshole couldn't tell the Jets if Wilson liked to go left instead of right. The way I see it, IF they start Wilson it will take Tomlin less than a quarter of football to adjust if Wilson is shitting the bed. The minute they put Fields back on the field the Jets asses are cooked. Running QB's ALWAYS kill this team. That's just a historical fact.
Running QBs are always a pain for any defense. Just out of curiousity what team does well against running QBs? The Jets need to have lower penalties and not turn the ball over so much. If they play like they did against the Bills last week then they have no chance. Wilson may not have Fields ability to run but he is a better passer of the ball. To this day I am baffled why two qbs cannot play a game. You saw this with the Saints years ago. Maybe you might see Fields on some special plays? This is the best game this week to watch. Hopefully, Adams will finally help this offense to score 30 points!
I don't think Hackett's opinion of Wlson holds much weight. Wilson is a likely future HOFer, won in the NFL, played in and won Super Bowls. Hackett to me it's perplexing how he's a coach at the NFL level and how he continues to get high level coaching positions in the NFL. I fail to see how Wilson starting is some sort of good luck for the Jets for the reasons I already stated. In the bit I watched of Wilson last season he looked like Russell Wilson of old. Fields was considered a bust in Chicago?
Rodgers may not make it through the game if that happens. He's been taking beatings and has had several close calls already.
I picked the Jets for no other reason than they were supposed to be so good coming into this season. It's 10/20/2024 they haven't beat anyone yet. Titans & Patriots don't qualify as ooh & aah type Ws. The 2024 Jets need a signature quality win.
The Jets have to show up to play. Their A+ game. ALL of them. This is a scary game because it's the type of game if they don't show up it could get very ugly. I'm not talking about just on the scoreboard. If they don't protect Rodgers he can easily get KOd in this one.
Let's hope that Breece Hall starts giving 100% effort. He clearly has given less than 100% this season. I don't claim to know why.
