Did I miss this post? Not sure if anyone saw what Fat Boy said.. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/...rn-everything-is-just-bad-about-that-stadium/
Players rarely have anything nice to say about the Jets unless they’re old and looking for one last payday.
It’s just so ironic he talks about the rings the giants have and the jets have none. And I think about us drafting him as a franchise left tackle only for him to eat his way out of training camp each year. Hes too stupid to realize he’s kind of talking about himself in that article. Good riddance fat ass.
The MetLife turf is, by all accounts, awful. But man, Becton just proves time and again what a mistake it was drafting him. The guy can't help himself, he is a team cancer to the core. No accountability whatsoever despite his failings here being entirely his own doing.
3 sacks allowed at right guard next to an all-world right tackle. Can’t say the circumstances or anything but that’s not good at all for a guard.
Great pick Joe. Meanwhile, Tristan Wirfs, picked 2 later, continues to be one of the better OTs in the league
Man, you guys are a weird fan base. Guy didn’t say anything that is not already a general jets stereotype “the turf sucks” and “the jets are the giants little brother.” I don’t know why you would take offense to that when we all know it’s true. I don’t get mad when people say there’s nothing to do in buffalo and the girls are ugly lol. Move on.
There’s lots to do in BUF, why would someone say that? I saw tons of fun establishments and nightlife full of all the ugly BUF girls when I was there.
Now he’s in the SB as a key blocker for an MVP RB. Not saying he wasn’t hurt, but i think players find ways to leave the Jets. We had so much talent over the years and could never field a consistently good team on both sides of the ball. Luvu, and Johnson of the Bills, just to name a couple of more are all major contributors to SB contenders.
