I'm sure that's the idea. You would also think that when you have 1st and goal on the 1 and you have a rookie RB that is 240lbs and runs through defenses, it should be an idiot proof situation.

Hackett is like an armor piercing round for idiot proof things.

Yes exactly when you have a offensive coordinator with no common sense to put in a 240 pound bruiser to get it in for a touchdown on 1st and 1 yard, and than your coach is standing there like a statue not going to Hackett and asking him what the fuck us he doing? Like how do both of these dumbsky's have no situational awareness or know which players to use in certain situations. No one will make this offense idiot proof, Rodgers was supposed to do that and clearly not even a hall of fame top 10 best quarterback of all time can't make Hackett or Bobbby look good. So what will Davente do to help? Nothing, this coaching sucks so much that somehow Garrett Wilson and Breece Hall regressed under a hall of fame quarterback. At best the 2 dumbsky's think they owe something to Breece Hall and want him to pad his stats at worst they are totally clueless. Either or is not good.

No chance. It will be a draft pick if this trade happens. Big Mike just now coming up to speed and is playing better and better. We don't have to get rid of him. Raiders need to get rid of Adams. Look for a 3d or 4th rounder straight up.

You’re trying to nit pick a “weak” game that was sandwiched between a 140 yard game and a 90 yards game while forgetting the rest of the games. The following two years without Aaron Rodgers, he has had 200 catches for 2600 yards and 21 TDs

Rodgers and Davante only played half the game. The game had no playoff implications for the Packers and Jordan Love was throwing to Equinameous St. Brown and Amari Rodgers the entire second half.

So that’s a silly game to cherry pick.

He was an All Pro his last two years with Rodgers. It probably would’ve been three in a row except he got hurt in 2020 with I believe a badly rolled ankle and missed 4.5 games.

I've said it about this potential trade in past threads and I'll repeat it again here. The Las Vegas Raiders are probably the one team in the NFL that gives our own a run for it's money as far as existing on a plane of constant delusional thinking. That franchise is just as hopelessly desperate to be more relevant in that city since the move over as we always are here.

So while they rationally *should* be viewing and evaluating where they currently stand in one light, I can absolutely see the other where they'd totally want the immediate replacement player coming back for the potential 2024 playoff run they still want to believe could be in the cards for that 2-2 team.

No. Not trying to nitpick anything just know how to read a calendar. We all know Adams has been a great receiver; we know Rodgers has been a great quarterback but they're both getting up in age; it's logical that their best is in the past. Then there's the idea of how much an Adams contract would cost and how that would hit other contract needs the Jets have coming up. You can't have it all.

Mike has made some real crucial catches and continues to develop chemistry with AR. He is our one and only big threat for contested catches. Hell no we should not consider trading him. A third and a fifth and no personnel is fair value. We will have to adjust his contract with some guaranteed money to be fair.

If we make the playoffs, expect Rodgers to throw deep to Adams late in the game when double covered for an incompletion or pick on 4th down while Lazard is streaking wide open underneath for a first.

The way they have been looking they'll be lucky not to be in the cellar of the East, again.
