Figured I'd cut to the chase and start a cut thread. Call me crazy, but I would not at all be surprised to see MANY players claimed off waivers and people scavenged from our practice squad before all the upheaval stops. This Jets roster is LOADED and the Giants game just gave me confirmation of what I was fairly confident of already...
The only way I'll be upset is if McGregor and Taylor 3 get cut. The rest of the roster is pretty much set. Oh. And I think Izzy should make the team.

I agree all 3 of the players you named should make the team. I think McKinley should also make the team. I'll be upset if he doesn't. IMO he offers a lot more than Clemons does.
The Steelers have cut two players who were with the Jets either on the PS or in TC: DL Marquiss Spencer and WR TJ Luther (whom I think was in TC last year or the year before)
The Texans' WR room consists of John Metchie III, Stefon Diggs, Nico Collins, Tank Dell, Robert Woods, Noah Brown, Xavier Hutchinson, Ben Skowronek, Steven Sims and Quintez Cephus. There's no way that they can keep 10 WRs. Is anyone interested in any of their WRs that may be cut. It's speculated that Metchie could be traded and a lot of teams are supposedly interested in him.
We cut Spencer earlier in the preseason--that's how he even got onto Steelers squad. Also saw that Bradlee Anae, who flashed for us 2 preseasons ago and was on the PS I think for an entire year, was released by ATL.
I think so too, or at least I think he should be a lock. We'll see if the Jets think the same way. They'd better.

Keeping my eye on this linebacker in Buffalo’s camp, Joe Andreessen Theres a good chance he gets cut and he was literally all over the field in the preseason. he would be good depth at linebacker
Noah Brown, WR from Houston cut. Would probably make nice depth, but I'm not expecting nor yelling for changes to this group
A bit surprised Alec Lindstrom hasn’t stuck anywhere. Brother of Pro Bowl guard Chris Lindstrom. Alec was a road grader at BC. DL Julian Okwara was a decent depth edge rusher for the Lions and was cut by the Eagles.
okwara is not as good as the perception around him. I think he had a huge game on Sunday night football one year and people think he’s good. And he did look awesome in that game I’ll admit, but he has done little else and was cut by the Lions before getting to Philly
