    Martinez can pick up firsts with his legs, which is a good trait for a third string QB.
    He’s the anti-Boyle.

    I don’t know what his availability or readiness will be, or if they just red shirt him.
    Need to be prepared as Taylor also an injury risk.
    Peasley and Martinez likely competing for a practice squad slot as either a 3rd or 4th string guy tho.

    It was a perfect day at Metlife. God I love preseason football at Metlife. Not many drunk idiots, lots of little kids and young families. Being able to watch the game in shorts without dealing with cold. All in all, great day and Jets won!

    P.S. To me lower level viewing is sub par compared to Mezzanine viewing. Upper Deck is too far, lower bowl doesn't allow to see you the game develop. Mezz seating is the best but it is all Club and prices are steep. Looks like more Upper Deck games on tap for me.

    I didn't realize he weighed that much. He looks lean to me. OK, I'll say he's lean and mean.

    Only one game, but the vid on Martinez looks dynamic. Kid appears to know how to play QB. Nice touch as well as a threat to run. Watched the YouTube compressed version.

    I probably shouldn't mention in advance of the up coming "hopefully" GG fantasy draft but I've picked him up over Blake Corum and Chase Brown in several leagues. Loving this pick so far..

    I know this is sarcasm. But Bernard Converse had GREAT coverage on that play. He actually looked really good in most his reps.

    What about JJ, Mosley and the Williams brothers?

    What a clown comment.

    A bunch of guys you never heard of playing against another bunch of guys you've never heard of. Leaky faucet? And they gave up 17 points?

    I live outside DC and watched the Commanders feed. They were blowing a lot of sunshine for the Commanders all game. The best was saying that reports from joint practice don't mean anything, the Commanders were the better team in the game. This statement came in the 1st qtr with the Commanders starters against Jets backups.

    I was so happy to see Martinez lead us to victory in this one.
