I'm going to the pro bowl and i was considering making a sign to show my feelings about K.Rhodes not making the roster. I know a lot of you JETS faithful are not happy about the snub. Any ideas? Off the top of my head i was thinking: Where's K.Rhodes? (#25 J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets) or D?nde est? DOS CINCO ala chad johnson- poster child for the popularity contest that the pro bowl is or John Lynch=good Ed Reed=better Kerry Rhodes=BEST
Aloha.... I am thinking about hitting up the pro-bowl. Just have to get it approved by the Mrs. As far as your signs I like the last one. It summerizes it all in 3 lines although Joh Lynch should have = shit.
The pro bowl is nothing more then a popularity contest....kerry, as of now, isn't popular enough to get in. The same record and similar numbers to next year should help his cause as a pro bowl safety.
Rhodes does not hang around the 'in club' yet and is maybe regarded still as a flash in the pan, compared to the likes of Lynch and Reed. His time will come.
You should just make a sign like "Lynch Stole Rhodes Ticket" or the wheres K.Rhodes? one is good. gotta love the J-E-T-S on there.

I think Rhodes is is getting there, but he still has a way to go to catch Reed, and may never get quite there. Lynch is on his downside and has been for years, though. Not that it matters. The Pro Bowl might as well be a paid vacation to these guys, they don't care about it. I wouldn't either. Except when it came time to negotiate a contract.
Next year, the Jets will get at least 3 prime time games, and Rhodes will have his chance to get the votes.
Rhodes simply doesn't have the name yet outside of New York. It was his 2nd season being a 4th round pick, no that shouldn't be held against him, but when the average person sees "John Lynch" of course they're going to vote for him despite Rhodes leading Lynch in tackles, sacks, INTs, and pass deflections. Rhodes isn't a household name...Once he is, then we'll see the respect he deserves.

That is very true. The Pro-Bowl voting was done before we had our Monday night game. I heard some analists saying they thought the voting eneds too early.
