I am thankful to the Jets for giving me back my Sundays leading up to the holidays. I have a 6 month old and as a first time dad should probably enjoy the time.

    THANK YOU JETS!

Teaching me to endure endless torture.

It will probably come in useful someday.

For attracting rival fans that create duplicate accounts and endless threads.

SB III. At least I got to see one Jets championship. The way things are going it may be the only one I get to see.

The only thing I can think to be thankful to this lousy organization for is the fact that, since we didn't get Sunday Ticket back when I was younger, it gave me and my dad an excuse to go up to the sports bar to watch the games a good number of weeks each season. Lots of good memories there. That and he always loved how mad I'd get watching the Jets blow first round pick after first round pick, so we had that thanks to the Jets as well.

Other than that, screw the Jets.

I know, but they beat the Giants and Patriots that year and the offense was fun to watch. Compared to the rest of them, it was a fun year.

I’ve been at this a long time. I had season tickets and every Sunday revolves around the Jets. When I gave up my tickets I made sure my home was completely Jets ready for Sundays. Nothing came before the game. Not birthdays, weddings, funerals, nothing. Midway through Bowles I started realizing that I’m not getting the same investment into winning from the team team that I’m putting in. After Gase and now the current regime honestly bro Im more apt to be missing a Sunday game entirely. A 6 month old child is all the entertainment you’ll ever need, and far more than the Jets can give you.

My Jets pullover hoodie is the best/warmest/comfiest.

That's all I got after 50 plus years...
And 1 SB of good memories.

I’m thankful for the perspective the Jets give me. If the worst thing I have to get worked up over is the state of a sports franchise, life’s pretty good.

For showing me what a real shit show looks like...

I'm in middle management and I catch myself, when the shit is hitting the fan at work, that it can always be a lot worse. Being drafted by the Jets has got to be traumatic experience. Yes, there is the elation of being drafted by an NFL franchise but then reality sets in. The Jets are such a shit show that players, who have the ability to control the narrative, avoid this team like the plague. The Manning family comes to mind. Peyton was coming out. Had the NY Jets not been drafting #1 he would have come out after his junior year. That kid stayed a whole year in school to avoid being drafted by this organization. There is no greater indictment on the organization as a whole. Players KNOW, when they get to the team, they are going to lose. Really does put an emphasis on "it's a business." If money weren't involved NO ONE would come to this team. The team would fade away...

Whoooo...my wife is right. I've got nothing good to say about this organization. The ENTIRE organization. As I look back now, I wonder, "has this team "ever" brought me happiness? If I'm honest with myself, outside of a handful of games, the resounding answer is no. I now am thinking that anyone who watches/follows this team has to be someone who loves punishment. Why else would anyone stay or, worse yet, COME to the blanket of inferiority of the NY Jets. If "loyalty" is the word then how dysfunctional are we? Damn, only 9:49 in the morning and I'm already depressed... When does the blowout begin today?
