But how do we go from : Nearly (should have) beat the chiefs Beat the broncos in Denver Beat the eagles to, bye week, then should have lost to the giants Beat by the chargers Beat by the raiders Killed by the bills wtf happened during the bye week? And it’s a lot like last year. There was a stretch we thought they could make a run, then fell apart. I don’t get it. Gw hasn’t looked the same, breece hasn’t looked the same. this was supposed to be a stretch of winnable games after the tough start
Coming out of the bye though? That should be a refuel, especially coming off a win vs the eagles. They came out of the bye different
Saleh's teams never play well after the bye week. Historically, the Jets don't play well after the bye week no matter who is the HC.
We won games we should’ve lost and we lost games barely, but now it’s starting to look like we rightfully lost them. we have no offense.
With the exception of the Cowboys and the Bills losses, the Jets wins and losses are exactly the same- defense plays well, offense barely scores. The ball just bounced the Jets way in their wins. This team would be 7-3 or so with a functional offense; but as it stands they're lucky to be 4-6, could just as easily be 1-9.
These post-bye week games were never that winnable. We won games early in the season due to turnover luck and other strange circumstances. We were never a good team. You cannot consistently win scoring 13 ppg.
That’s true, I just don’t get what could change during that 2 week time. They came out a completely different team and it makes no sense
Teams adjust. Have tape. We never were able to solve the offense, but of course othet teams will eventually figure out the defense. Offense sucked. Zach is gone, so let’s hope it gets better. We need to win out.
Not really. They had a few moments, but it was the same garbage, they just got lucky with a few big burst plays by Garrett & Breece. The offense is dogshit. It was dogshit last year, it is still dogshit. Without this defense they'd be 0-10 right now.
