I'd argue that GW balled out today with some clutch catches and some effort for that late first down.
Horrible game to watch but some games are just like that. Nothing changed my opinion about Zach Wilson. Many teams who have average QB play would have put the Giants away much sooner.
The Children got upset when I mentioned Baghdad Bob sooo, I'll go with SnowJob Bob just to keep the peace.
Ugly isn't the right word. Other words come to mind: "Hideous", "Nauseating", "Foul", "Repulsive"....
I do like the 1st down run and the pass to GW on the sideline, which was more of a great effort by GW, but anyone giving credit to Zach on that game winning PI is misguided. Terrible throw that hit the DB Jackson in the back. That would have been an easy interception had Jackson turned around.
Mr. W is not the answer. I tuned in at about the 3 min mark and 1) could not believe they didn't have a 1st down, and then 2) watch out illustrious QB take two sacks because he refuse to throw the ball away.... he is NOT the answer but part of the problem with this HC tendencies to be Herm like...
Not necessarily. Matt Ryan, in the booth, said an underthrown ball where the DB's back is to the QB isn't a bad throw. Said the DB can't easily turn around and if you can't get a completion, good chance you'll get a PI.
He probably will, although that's only because there's really only up to go. The problem is he shouldn't be given that opportunity. Trevor Siemian should be under center from here on out.
