Inexcusable. To waste that opportunity to at least attempt a FG, by not having the urgency to rush up to the line and spike the ball shows incompetence at QB, and coaching. Something has to be done. Professional, competent football teams don't waste those easy point scoring chances.

It isn't mutually exclusive. With time running down like that every play needs to be going to the end zone or out-of-bounds, yes. But Zach also has to know better than to throw to a guy who is nowhere near the end zone and will clearly be tackled in-bounds.

Agree, at this level it's inexcusable. Not on the head coach, not when you are paying your Qb $30M contract... so painful.
I think you'll have a hard, or harder time at least, finding Saleh supporters if they lose this game. Can't say I know many jet fans, but i'd be surprised if many support him at this point. This is a fireable game for him, again.
