Left Tackle mess

Thank God they handed Brown the LT job. Much better than Mechi!

 

For as much as JD should be thrown under the bus for not trying to upgrade center with a veteran or left tackle, the potential offensive line liability wasn’t a surprise to the coaching staff.

The play calling to start the game was atrocious. I would love to sit the entire coaching staff down and asked them who told Mekhi and Duane Brown to exclusively cut block.

I’ve also already noticed that Hackett likes to bounce back and forth from under center to shotgun when he runs or passes. It’s very telegraphed.

 

Maybe move Tucker to left tackle for now

Good thing we signed a washed up slot receiver instead of shoring up the OT positions.

 

Dude. Enough. The guy absolutely sucks. He literally ATE his way out of the LT position.

Signing Cobb didn't keep us from shoring up the OT position. That's just dumb.

 

That stupid 2 pick swap F'd them. I'm sorry I like JDs talent evaluating of late, but that was amateur hour. They had to know those 2 picks were likely possible to cost them one of the elite tackles. Jd should have held out on that it was not gonna be a deal breaker. Just dumb
