Can’t say I love the signing, but it’s the prudent thing to do-really no need to rush Breece along and since we’re all-in might as well…
I cannot accept this after hearing Dalvin Cook refer to Dalvin Cook in the third person. I hereby revoke my fandom!!!
No no. This is a good thing! If your blind date is referring to herself in the third person, run. But your new RB? Love it!
Well, I was completely wrong. I was a thousand percent certain he was just using the Jets to drive up the price with the dolphins. Maybe Miami had no interest.
Not a huge fan of the signing given the tread on his tires and the fact that he's coming off of a big injury, but at least it's only a 1-year deal. Hopefully the contract is heavily based on how many games he actually plays.
Is the PUP 4 week still a thing where it doesn't count against the roster? This has me thinking Breece will miss the first 4 weeks on the PUP and they won't have to cut Bam until then or make some kinda trade.
Is it all non-guaranteed? Smells fishy. If true Jets could put Breece on PUP for first 4 weeks, use Dalvin, then cut Dalvin and activate Breece to the 53 without cutting any of our other RBs. Am I thinking right?
The Jets just added one of the top tier running backs in the NFL. Safe to say with Breece Hall, Abanikanda, Carter and Knight the Jets have the most explosive running back squad in the league.
Having two top-tier running backs to close a game after your dominant defensive line makes the opposing teams life hell is a pretty good recipe
Adams is $25 against the cap in 2024 and $14 against the cap this year. They can cut him in 2025 to save 28 million and 36.2 million in 2026. Don't think it's out of the realm of possibility.
But if we cut one and lose em I’m gonna be a little upset. I really like them all if we have cut one it has to be Carter
Ok but we still need tackle and I would also have liked a mid-season WR trade. Makes it kinda impossible now, I think the most optimistic cap number left is around $5-7 million.
