Vegas advances... a healthy Mark Stone makes this team a real threat to win the Cup

So many opportunities for Florida in OT. Gotta put one away, come on

TNT needed to spend more time panning the crowd after the game winner.

Oh my God - the biggest upset in Stanley Cup playoff history?

Depends on whether one thinks blowing a 3-1 lead is a bigger upset than the 2019 Lightning getting swept out of the first round by the Jackets.

Tampa Bay had 30 more points than Columbus in 2019, while Boston had 43 more points than Florida this year. That is the largest margin where the higher-ranked team lost a best-of-seven series in NHL history. Blowing the 3-1 lead only increases the magnitude of the loss. I think this is the biggest upset in NHL playoff history.

Don’t neglect to factor in how emotionally fragile Boston sports fans are.

Fragile from what. The Pats, Sox, Celtics, and B's have all won championships in recent memory. They have nothing to be fragile about.

I just did a Google Search for "Bruins Choke". The results were plentiful.

Ha. You don't live in New England. Let me explain something to you. These mopes have no idea how to handle it when their team doesn't win.

With the Bruins and Avalanche eliminated, who's the frontrunner now?

As much as I can't stand them, Edmonton has a cakewalk to the Stanley Cup finals.

In the west I would say the Stars. I think whoever wins tonight's game will be in the ECF. I think the Devils or Rangers would get by Carolina especially with the Canes missing three of their stars on offense. The Leafs and Cats will also have a shot. People forget that Florida won the President's trophy last season. So maybe their upset over the B's shouldn't have been considered that much of a shock despite where the teams ended up in the standings.

Oilers were my pick to win the Cup to begin with but with the Bruins gone I fear we’re getting a Canada Cup with the Leafs versus Oilers.
