Filling up at linebacker.

I guess out of any position, outside of safety, this group can be ignored a little than others in today's NFL... Safeties are actually becoming more valuable.

But still, at some point they are going to need to invest in linebacker.

I got a call from NJ that went to voicemail.... they obviously didn't talk to my orthopedist beforehand

 

I counted about 46 roster “locks” people not included were ADavis, Mims, Smart, CB Hall, no 6th or 7th rd draft picks etc etc…

Hopefully we sign the run stuffing FA DT Al Woods… so that leaves us about 6 players max that can make our 53…including the ones mentioned above…

Me too.. so that only leaves 5 spots for UDFA and cap casualties, our late round picks etc etc….

I’m pretty high on our roster but Seattle and The Eagles have fully taken advantage of the picks they got from trading their shitty FQBs. IMO they will continue to be powerhouses for a long long time.

 

How many can we protect in the practice squad this year?

 

I believe 16… I think RB Hall starts the year on IR, so that opens up another spot.

 

Surprised they didn't immediately sign Michael Turk. Hopefully, they don't intent to punt much this season.
