Watched it before. He didn't seem overly upset about MLF. Probably because his job is secure, at least for one more season. He said he's not necessarily looking for an OC with a similar scheme... it'll be interesting to see who they decide on. But Saleh's MO is people he knows. I'd actually prefer someone he doesn't know, just to get an alternative take on things. .
Agreed. After all, if Saleh's forte is defense, he really shouldn't be too concerned what scheme the new OC runs (after all, he seemed disconnected from that with MLF!). So as long as they agree philosophically on how they hold players (and coaches) accountable, I think having someone he doesn't know would be helpful.
