This team is a dumpster fire but it all starts at the top. Saleh bares a lot of responsibility. If this team has a losing record next year, Saleh has to go.
Never thought we would have lost 6 games in a row. I don't know what to make of Saleh. I don't even know if bringing in another OC would make it any better. He might have to go as well. Lacking of playmaking on both sides killed us down the stretch. WOW
The defensive side of the ball went from dead last to top 5. Saleh stays, MLF and everyone on that side goes.
I changed my vote from C to D. Saleh has to get some credit for putting up a pretty good D, however, this Miami game where they had to put out a 3rd string QB and still win the game, is beyond the pale of bad coaching.
If Woody was livid last week, he must be homicidal after today. If I were Lefleur, I wouldn't get too comfortable. I think either him or Calabrese will pay the piper for the offensive collapse. Doesn't really matter if its fair or not, its the results that count.
Watch the post-game presser... Saleh is absolutely clueless at this point. Three weeks, three different QBs, no TDs... so let's do it again with the same coaching crew? When his cliches aren't working, he has nothing else to say, other than he "knows" how good everything is, & the mirage wasn't 7-4, it's 7-10. While I'd love stability, I just don't see competitive coaching. The team needs the "re-set" at this point, a fresh perspective, a new CS, otherwise, I'm afraid the young talent is gonna get infected. And besides, the changing of the CS will happen next season... why wait, do it now! I'd love Payton, but I think that would be too expensive (we need to keep draft picks). So, at this point, my hope is that Woody's been reaching out to Harbaugh & throwing serious green at him. I can't listen to Saleh's BS anymore. .
The first step in changing the results is to acknowledge the previous results. Saleh apparently just can't do that.
