Some teams throw it long and hope that a receiver will catch the ball. The Jets throw it and pray for pass interference.

Bettors frantically refreshing to see if the final play was a safety.

The best refs in the world wouldn't make a difference for this team

It was one part of many things I listed there. I could've kept going as well.

..and I do believe If those calls were legit, It would've made a world of difference actually.

At what point In my post did that resonate for you? Was It the part where I was defending MLF for reasons that are obvious? Was that what did It for you?

I think that no amount of coaching could overcome the odds there. Matter of fact, I would suggest they have gotten far more out of this roster than I expected. Hands down.

Plenty of blame to be had. MLF Isn't the single person responsible though. That's just a lazy way to point the finger at someone because you aren't happy with the result.

Jets have ZERO dignity. ZERO shame.

Not letting Strev play last 2 weeks and now....

I just saw they contrived to give the Phins a safety on the final play.

Or just keep making every excuse in the world for a guy who clearly is not fit for the job and keep repeating your mistakes. That's always the solution.

Good strategy... better might be to be able to NOT READ Jet news until the 1st week of next season.

No one said that but you rushed to defend him. My observation saw a guy with no general plan and who was purely reactive and did not gameplan around his QBs abilities. Check out Geno smith in Seattle for a coach that knows how to do that.

    Excuse?

We've had a literal rotating carousel along the OL and QB ALL year. We've had major injuries to key players along the way. We've had numerous missed opportunities with wide open WR ALL year. We have been downgraded severely In OL talent to the point where our RB are literally running Into a wall, every fucking play.

Yet, he's not fit for the job based on?????????????

He doesn't have the fucking players to run this offense. He doesn't have the ammunition needed to do his fucking job..

    ..but, let's ignore that.

Yeah. We should ignore all those things and fire him because that's the solution that works EVERY GOD DAMN TIME with this team.

    Good plan.

..and I'm not blaming everyone else. Learn to read. I'm being realistic with the situation and not letting my knee jerk emotional reaction to dictate my opinion. You should try It out.

Lost to Skylar Thompson in the last game of the season. I mean this has to go down as one of the worst Jet moments to what was thought to be at one point a special season.

Sonny, don’t dictate to me what I see and don’t see or what I know and don’t know about football. We can disagree but my opinion is as valid as yours. LaFluer is a disaster, based on my 56 years of football fandom experience and observation. As the young folk say IMHO

not even close. it was a meaningless game for us. If a win today put us in the playoffs and we had our #1 QB in (whoever the fuck that is) and still lost then its a pretty bad moment. This was no big deal.
