Watching the Jets the last month or two I get the feeling that MLF thinks running the ball once or twice gives him free license to forget about the run until the Jets are down so much he has to pass. There's been no attempt since the Bears game to establish the run. It's like a foreign concept.
Typical MLF game. I was in favor of one more season with MLF, but this shit hasn't changed at all. He doesn't have a good understanding of play calling.
That's why it's annoying to see people here saying that he just sucks and is not the answer. Maybe he is, maybe he isn't, but it's not fair to judge him by this game.
It almost feels like we don’t even game plan for the defenses we are playing. MLF is just going to call whatever he ants regardless of the other team strengths, weaknesses or players.

The rib injury does have to be taken into account today. Comparing him to how he played before getting injured to today...what's the variable?
