NFL franchises that are caught up in in-house politics are generally really bad franchises. The Lions come to mind here as well, unfortunately, as the Jets. Some franchises can surface briefly despite the owner shenanigans as the Commanders and the Fins do now and then but mostly if it's not clear who is in charge of the football operation things are going to be consistently grim for the team.
If Zack starts the remainder of the season we will end 7-10 on a 6 game skid, Zack won't get those 50 yard bombs on busted coverage plays vs Jacksonville or Miami. Complete end of season disaster.
