Turnovers

This does bother me a lot, when we were getting the ball

 

I have mentioned this in another thread. We haven't made a impactful defensive play since god knows when. Stout defense, but where are the big plays.

 

wouldn’t even be crying for them if we had a component Offense and coach

 

9/10 here were crowing about CHAMPIONSHIP LEVEL D

 

No room for error on this team. Turnovers always lead to points, when we cause fumbles we never recover it.

 

3rd in yards allowed
4th in points allowed
7th in sacks

The lack of turnovers (2oth) is very concerning.

This is a great point .
I previously called the defense elite. They are very very good but I was wrong, they are not elite

Elite defenses turn the ball over when teams drop back and pass a large percentage of the time.

This goes back to what I've said, what is this defense missing?
A LEGIT edge rusher and a playmaking safety.

Legit edge rushers hit the QB. Hit the QB with the ball in his hands and there will be fumbles. Get the QB thinking about getting hit off the edge and there will be picks.
